How to Grill Peaches
Grilling peaches starts with selecting ripe, but firm peaches. Once you’ve done that, follow these 5 simple steps below.
Preheat a gas or charcoal grill to medium heat.
Halve and pit peaches.
Brush peaches with oil.
Grill peaches cut-side down for 4-5 minutes on medium heat until grill marks appear.
Flip and cook another 4-5 minutes until the peaches are soft and the skin is slightly burnt. Remove gently with tongs.
