How to Grill Peaches

Grilling peaches starts with selecting ripe, but firm peaches. Once you’ve done that, follow these 5 simple steps below.

  • Preheat a gas or charcoal grill to medium heat.
  • Halve and pit peaches.
  • Brush peaches with oil.
  • Grill peaches cut-side down for 4-5 minutes on medium heat until grill marks appear.
  • Flip and cook another 4-5 minutes until the peaches are soft and the skin is slightly burnt. Remove gently with tongs.
  • Serve and enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 4 large Ripe, firm peaches halved and pitted
  • 1 tsp Olive Oil

Instructions

  • Preheat a gas or charcoal grill to medium heat.
  • Halve and pit peaches.
  • Brush peaches with oil.
  • Grill peaches cut-side down for 4-5 minutes on medium heat until grill marks appear.
  • Flip and cook another 4-5 minutes until the peaches are soft and the skin is slightly burnt.
  • Remove gently with tongs.
  • Serve and enjoy!
