Grilling peaches starts with selecting ripe, but firm peaches. Once you’ve done that, follow these 5 simple steps below.
- Preheat a gas or charcoal grill to medium heat.
- Halve and pit peaches.
- Brush peaches with oil.
- Grill peaches cut-side down for 4-5 minutes on medium heat until grill marks appear.
- Flip and cook another 4-5 minutes until the peaches are soft and the skin is slightly burnt. Remove gently with tongs.
- Serve and enjoy!
