This strawberry vodka lemonade infuses fresh, ripe strawberries and lemonade for a perfect balance of cool and tart. It's so simple to make and perfect for all your summer patio gatherings. With this strawberry vodka cocktail, you'll be ready for summer in no time. Want to make it a family drink? Just skip the vodka.

INGREDIENTS

  • Fresh, ripe strawberries (sliced and cut)

  • Vodka - I like Tito's. It's certified gluten-free and tastes great too.

  • Lemonade - Use regular or strawberry lemonade. I use strawberry lemonade for this recipe.

  • Ice - for serving

  • Garnish with freshly sliced lemons and/or whole strawberries.

Tips

  • Try strawberry vodka.

  • Use ripe strawberries for maximum strawberry flavor.

  • For a lighter version and a little bit of elegance, top this strawberry vodka lemonade with club soda.

  • Give it a twist and make it a frozen strawberry vodka cocktail. Just add all of the ingredients to a blender (paid Amazon link). Blend for 1-2 minutes and serve. (See the recipe notes below)

  • Make it a mocktail. For a refreshing non-alcoholic drink, swap the vodka for strawberry syrup (paid Amazon link) OR pureed strawberries.

Note: Torani Strawberry Syrup is gluten-free, but please read the label carefully for other allergens.

  • For an added extra, sugar coat the rim of your glass. Just follow these instructions.

TO RIM YOUR GLASS: swipe a lemon wedge around the edge of the glass then set it aside. Add 1 tablespoon of granulated sugar to a small dish. Dip the rim of your glass into the sugar coating the entire rim.

They say the kitchen is the “heart of the home” and I have to agree. Maybe it’s because it’s a place for us to gather with our family and friends and I spend so much time there throughout the week, between making meals, and making recipes, or because we’re always opening up the fridge hoping for something appealing to magically appear since the last time we checked.
Either way, some of my fondest memories took place at our kitchen table. Today, I’m remembering just a few months ago when my daughter opened her first college acceptance letter.
These are the moments I live for, and inspire my work as a food allergy blogger and aspiring food photographer.
