How to Make Mango Salsa
- Dice mangoes, jalapeno pepper, red pepper, and red onion.
- Finely chop fresh cilantro.
- Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Chill then serve.
Serve with Gluten-Free or Grain-Free tortilla chips.
What to Eat with Mango Salsa?
- Serve this fresh mango jalapeno salsa with fish such as, salmon, mahi-mahi, or serve with shrimp.
- Make tacos or nachos.

How Long Does Mango Salsa Last in the Refrigerator?
This fresh mango jalapeno salsa will last up to 3 days in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Any longer than 3 days and the mango will become too soft and change the texture of the salsa.

Ingredients
- 3 medium Ripe mangoes diced
- 1 medium Jalapeno pepper seeded and diced
- 1 medium Red bell pepper seeded and diced
- 1 medium Red onion diced
- 1/4 cup Fresh cilantro finely chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1/2 cup Pineapple juice
- 1/4 cup Apple cider vinegar
- Juice from 2 limes
- Gluten-free tortilla chips
