Last week I discussed how to shop allergy-free. In case you missed it, check out my pro tips HERE.

When I was first diagnosed with food allergies, it took me forever to grocery shop. Finding local grocery stores that carry lots of allergy-free products is not always an easy task. I found myself going to several stores to get everything I needed. Who has time for that? Luckily, there are online options to make your allergy-free shopping easy and hassle-free. Keep reading to find out more.

Thrive Market

One of my favorite places to shop for allergy-free food and other products online is Thrive Market. If you're not familiar with this online gem, here are some details. Thrive Market is an online membership-based market with a mission to make healthy living easy and affordable for everyone. I have been a member for 10 years. I save so much money on all my allergy-free products, and everything is delivered right to my door. No more going to several different stores to get what I need.

Thrive Market makes it so easy to find all your favorites. Shop by aisle, category, brand, diet, and more. They have so many allergy-free food brands, and allergy-free snacks, and they provide a shopping list of recommended products specific to you. Thrive Market also carries healthy beauty products, baby and child products, items for your pet and so much more. I also purchase vitamins and some beauty products from Thrive.

Amazon

Amazon carries many allergy-free foods as well. With a prime membership, you can utilize their online grocery shopping (available in more than 2,000 US cities and towns). Amazon makes grocery shopping easy. You'll find allergy-free foods at great prices, and spend less time shopping. Just browse their online grocery aisles and start shopping.

If you're like me and Amazon does not provide online grocery shopping in your city or town, you can still enjoy allergy-free food shopping online. Amazon carries many allergy-free food brands and products. Just search for your favorites, add them to your cart and your set. For a list of allergy-free food brands check out my Allergy-Free Shopping guide HERE.

Walmart

Walmart offers online grocery shopping and they carry many allergy-free brands and products. Here's how their online grocery shopping process works. First, you have to create a Walmart account. Next, you choose your delivery time slot. Then start shopping. Complete your shopping and place your order. After that, you’ll choose your delivery fee preference. You can choose a Walmart grocery monthly membership, annual membership, or pay-per-delivery fee. If you shop at Walmart often, it may be beneficial to purchase the monthly or annual membership as delivery fees do add up. Whatever you decide, shopping for your allergy-free foods online at Walmart will save you time and money.

Other Online Options for Allergy-Free Shopping

You also have the option to shop directly from Manufacturers' websites. I usually only do this if I am buying a large amount of a product, or buying an obscure product I can't find anywhere else. Prices are usually comparable, but not always. This option is also less convenient since you can't get everything you need in one place.

I do recommend checking out allergy-free food brands' websites. Many manufacturers have great recipes and tips for allergy-free cooking. One of my favorite brands is Bob's Red Mill. Check out their website HERE.
